Accountant/Payroller/Bookkeeper
We are looking for someone to join the team to fulfill the company’s small monthly payroll & accounting duties, plus filing the accounts at year end. Our Director is very much on top of the finances, but would like to pass the ‘end’ duties onto another so she is able to spend more time focusing on running the company & doing her regular classes & courses that she loves.
Location: Home based in Shaftesbury, Dorset (or nearby).
Hours & pay:
5-10hrs per month @ £20 per hour.

Active Coordinator
We are looking for a Coordinator to run our Wild Active branch as we are looking to expand this branch into other areas & offer new classes to the local communities. The right person will be passionate about health, fitness & wellness, plus ideally have a fitness qualification (Group Instructor, PT etc) so can run their own classes alongside their role. You will be responsible for managing the Fitness Instructors who do classes currently ranging from Beginner Fitness & Keep Young Fitness for the 65yrs+, to the Country Fitness Line Dancing classes. Plus, you will also be managing the Aqua Therapists & their sessions. This role will include keeping tabs on class attendee numbers, arranging both current & new classes, visiting local groups & surgeries to talk about our classes, plus covering & sourcing cover when Instructors are away. Starting at 2-4hrs per week (plus any fitness classes). £20 per hour.

Events Coordinator
We are looking for a Coordinator to run our Wild Events branch due to the increasing demand for our events in Dorset & the neighbouring counties. You will be responsible for managing incoming event requests, staffing them from our Team, contacting venues to host events & seeking out new event venues. The right person will be professional at all times, have a cheerful demeanour suitable for bringing the happiness to events & passionate about making long-lasting relationships with both our Clients & the venues we work with. Hours & pay:
Starting at 4hrs per week (will increase as the events increase). £20 per hour.

Country Fitness Line Dancing Instructors
Come on board & join us for our fantastic trademarked Country Fitness Line Dancing classes! If you are passionate about line dancing & want to help us in our mission get everyone off their sofas & on the dance floor for some rootin’ tootin’ good fun, that’s always full of laughs, this is definitely the role for you! These classes are more than just line dancing, they are the heart of community, fitness & wellness. We promote socialising in the classes among attendees & the Instructors, as well as a positive & inclusive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. All our classes are 45mins long, but we have the hall for the whole hour, which gives you time to set up at the beginning, talk to attendees & pack away at the end. Even though the session is 45mins, you still get paid for the full hour as we believe it’s important to recognise the work that goes into a class before & afterwards. Tutors
Tutoring our courses all over the UK. We are willing to invest in the necessary training in order for the candidate to do this. The right candidate(s) need to have an outgoing personality as our courses are face to face & interactive as that’s the way we have found our students learn the best. It’s a wonderfully rewarding role, which our current Tutor absolutely loves. We pay for mileage & hotel stays if needed.
