No matter how big TheWildCo gets or how many branches it grows, helping people & the environment will always be at its heart, which is why a percentage of all TheWildCo profits go to initiatives & charities that promote wellness in the community & benefit the planet. What we do at TheWildCo
Wild Active, where health & fitness gets a super fun upgrade! From personal training, swimming, fitness classes, to referrals & hydrotherapy sessions, Wild Active really does have it all & fantastic feedback to boot!
Wild Shark Swim School, is where you’ll need to head for 1:1 swimming lessons. We do 1:1s for both adults & children, from non-swimmers to athletes & everything in between. We also pride on ourselves for our SEN lessons!
Wild Events, our newest addition! We aim to make your special event as special as the person it is meant for; from Kid Fit birthday parties to line dancing Hen dos, we have something for everyone!
Wild Walsh Studio is where the creative flare happens! Writing, fine art and photography, perfect for both business and home settings, as well as parties, from the artists who love their work as much as you will!

Wild Training is responsible for delivering courses, such as First Aid, Safeguarding, Swimming Teaching & many more. With over 16 years experience & many qualifications to our name, make the decision to upskill today!
Every 6 months TheWildCo applies for grants & donations to help deliver more to more people with things like free swimming lessons, free baby & child first aid courses for parents & grandparents, free specialised fitness & free wellness sessions…& more!

I can’t believe nearly done 4 weeks! All going well here, been struggling a bit with Knees but the squats are increasing in number…osteo has checked my knees out and said it’s not detrimental to them so keep going and ignore the clicking and crunching!! I feel I’ve lost a lot of the ‘steroid’ weight and not feeling so heavy. I know you said ignore the scales but I did step on them today and I have lost 7 kgs so really pleased. Not going to do my measurements till the end though. I love the menus even though the husband doesn’t but no hassle doing different meals.
