Whether you’re an experienced Tutor or brand new to it all, we are here to support you on your journey with us.

We like to be completely upfront & open with everything we do at TheWildCo & Wild Training is no different. If you want further information on the below, just ask by emailing us at Wild-Training@outlook.com.

We pay our qualified Tutors £200 per day all in for running courses. We do all the paperwork & processing so all you need to do is focus on running the course itself. We like to run courses near your home location but if you’d like to travel further afield, we pay for the hotel stay & mileage there too.

We are very thorough in recruiting our Tutors as we feel our students deserve the very best from their courses, which includes having a great Tutor. Unlike other training bodies, there are more steps to our Tutor process to make sure it will work for you & us, which is something we are very proud of. If we feel that you aren’t a good fit, we will work with you on aspects that may need changing before calling it a day.

Wild Training Tutor training steps

Fill out the Enquiry Form found at the end of this page.A form to give us details of where in the UK you are, prior experience & qualifications held.
Review the Enquiry Form & get back to you.Usually an email at first & then a phone call to learn more about you.

Attend one or more of the courses at your own cost, remembering that previous Wild Training Students get 10% of future courses.		Attending 100% of the chosen course(s), demonstrating good understanding & passing.
Co-Tutoring the course.You will work alongside the main Tutor to deliver the course, which will mean contacting them before the course to work out a plan & schedule of events.

Support & feedback from the Tutor will be given to you along the way so you’re never in the dark.

For co-tutoring, you are paid £100 per day.
Feedback sent to Wild Training.Feedback on the co-tutor is sent to Wild Training to decide whether to proceed to the next step or whether further training is required.
Observed Tutoring the course.You will deliver the course in its fullest whilst another experienced Tutor observes for the whole course.

Support & feedback from the Tutor will be given to you along the way so you’re never in the dark.

For Observed tutoring, you are paid £150 per day.
Feedback sent to Wild Training.Feedback on the observed tutor is sent to Wild Training to decide whether to proceed to the next step or whether further training is required.
Wild Training contacts you to give you all feedback received.We will either offer you:
* the option of further training & when/how to do this,
* a discussion over unsuitability,
* or welcome you on-board with an offer of Tutoring employment.

Running courses as a Tutor

  • We organise a course date & venue with you.
  • We advertise & send you advertising materials for you to advertise too as you may know the area better than we do.
  • We deal with student enrolments, information, payments & posting/emailing out manuals.
  • One month before the course, we let you know whether the course will run or not (we are not into making mass amounts of profits as helping people is at our core; so as long as the course is going to breakeven, then it will run as we like to help students as much as possible). This is where you will ensure you have all the materials you need & let us know if you need us to provide you with anything. We will also let you know whether this course will be IQA’d for quality assurance.
  • Two weeks before the course, we set up the course’s WhatsApp group & include one of our senior Tutors in case there are any extra needs. This is then your opportunity to introduce yourself to the students & ensure they have all they need.
  • You run the course, keeping us posted as you go.
  • After the course, within 3 days, you will post us all the paperwork (at our cost) so we are able to process the students certificates or arrange re-sits if applicable.
  • We process the students & send out certificates & feedback forms.
  • After the students have received their certificates, you send us your timesheet/expenses form for us to pay & payment is within 7 business days.
  • Then we organise the next course! : )
