I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation to all potential clients. This can be on Zoom or on the phone. This allows me to get an initial understanding of you and for you to express what you are hoping for. I understand how crucial the relationship is between the therapist and client and this consultation can give you an opportunity to understand how I work and to ask any questions you may have.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential environment. I am known for making clients feel safe and for my ability to ‘hold space’ whatever someone is going through.

Individual 60min sessions cost £50. As an introductory offer I am offering new clients a discount for block booking six sessions of £260.
