I designed these programs to take out the stress & the time it takes to plan meals so you can get on with other things; & so you get the workout program you need for your goals that you will actually enjoy doing in the timeframe you have available. I have been asked why this is so low cost (cheaper than a gym membership!) & the answer is simply so people can get good quality help at a price they can afford, which has always been so important to me. It’s that simple!
This is for those who:
- Have a goal in mind (ie weight loss for a wedding or holiday / wanting to be physically stronger / wanting to be more mentally clear etc).
- Want to get fit but have no idea where to start.
- Want to increase/advance their fitness.

What kind of meals plans are there?
The monthly membership includes two suggested weekly meal plans a month, which you can either use twice & not have to worry about planning meals for the whole month, or you have the space to come up with two weeks of your own weekly meal plans. The meals will be highly nutritious & tasty, & you can swap out ingredients to suit your taste or any allergies you have. All meals can be made vegan, vegetarian or include meat, so no one is left out.

What’s so special about the in-person Fit Classes?
All classes are designed for a range of health & fitness levels & abilities, so perfect for literally everyone! Plus, why go to a run of the mill fitness class, when you can get fit line dancing in Country Fit? Or get fit whilst learning to hula hoop or juggle in Circus Fit? Or get fit whilst rocking out to the best hits of the 80s whilst wearing 80s gear? Or get fit whilst taking lower fitness levels & conditions into account in Beginner Fit? There are more classes too! All designed for fun, because if you’re not having fun whilst keeping fit, what’s the point?! YEEHAW!

Why FIIT for working out?
I have partnered with USA & UK companies in the past & I have found the UK based FIIT fantastic for having the freedom to get a plan specific to your fitness goals. It also doesn’t matter whether you have equipment at home or not because there is such a variety of exercise programs that you can do the bodyweight ones, which need no weight, all the way up to the ones that are designed for those with equipment like weights, indoor bikes, rowers & even treadmills! Plus, as the FIIT platform can be accessed via your phone, you can take it to the gym to use the equipment there.

What about the groups, challenges & coaching?
You can choose to be in the WhatsApp community group & there is no pressure to be in it, but it’s great for accountability, comparing notes & asking questions.
The fun challenges every month are literally just for fun & to be treated with light-hearted humour & effort; & are based on either fitness (ie 50 squats a day for the month), or nutrition (ie daily lemon water hydration first thing), or mindset (ie daily meditation). These challenges encourage a sense of community, fun & accountability.
The coaching is me. You get access to me throughout the month for questions, tips & weekly wellness videos. Having me on hand is part of what you’re paying for, so I’m there when you need me because I want to see you succeed in your goals as much as you do.
