I can’t believe nearly done 4 weeks! All going well here, been struggling a bit with Knees but the squats are increasing in number…osteo has checked my knees out and said it’s not detrimental to them so keep going and ignore the clicking and crunching!! I feel I’ve lost a lot of the ‘steroid’ weight and not feeling so heavy. I know you said ignore the scales but I did step on them today and I have lost 7 kgs so really pleased. Not going to do my measurements till the end though. I love the menus even though the husband doesn’t but no hassle doing different meals. Saying that he did admit to liking the flapjacks. 2 more weeks let’s go for it! – Frances C
