Refresher Course Time to refresh your CPR & first aid skills? Do you hold an EFR CPR or First Aid certificate already or one from another training organization? If so, you are eligible to attend the Emergency First Response Refresher course. Plus, you can get Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training at the same time you refresh your CPR skills. Can be done every 3 years, or refresh your knowledge annually so you are up to date with the latest guidelines.
